“FutureStyles” delivers a natural club hip-hop flava, a feat unequalled by other hip-hop. Their attachment to the U.S. and Caribbean gives them a genuine sound that is comparable to none, and makes them true innovators in our era.

Band History:
FutureStyles began to create their own mix tapes for personal pleasure and for small-time local distribution. Now and then when the normal cutting and mixing became a little routine, Smurfalus and Vin-Su found themselves dabbling in the art of mc'ing, but never to a serious degree. In November of 2001 what was then the "FutureStyles" duo, recruited the help of their old friend and former "partner in rhymes" R-Flo, (Rodney Bartholomew) a lyrically versed rapper and later on Valiski Bernard, who would later be known as "Ski" who has a vocal range that rivals Whitney and Mariah (seriously). Throughout that year “FutureStyles” performed live on many occasions entertaining crowds from a couple dozen to a few thousand.
