? Receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged song.

? Use the beat (song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast.

? Receive a non-exclusive contract.

? Sell up to 2,500 copies of the recording or broadcast. (New leases must be purchased for every 2,500.)

? Receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged song and a copy of the raw WAV file.

? Use the beat (song) for an UNLIMITED number of commercial recordings or broadcasts.

? Receive an exclusive contract.

? You own the recording as a "work made for hire".

? HrBeat may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there).

? Anyone may use the beat for non-profit use as long as credit is given.

(Such as non-profit demos, your Myspace or soundclick page.)

? If you have purchase a beat:

You have full rights to record, change, and remix the beat/song in any way you like, however you may not resell the beat.

? In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use.

? The seller will not receive a royalty from sales of records or downloads that you sell.

? Full credit must be given to the seller (hrbeat) on all commercial recordings.

? Upon purchasing leasing rights, HrBeat still owns the beat(s) and HrBeat is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.

? The song file can be sent to you via email or via mail (if you can't download it for some reason). If you want the beat just lease it, legal action will be taken if beats have been used outside the terms above.
