Band History:
andrés marcos revellado martin is a spanish musician born in locarno-switzerland ; began playing classical guitar at the age of 10 and he started playing gigs in rock bands at the end of the 80’s as electric bassist. in 1990 moved to lausanne to study double bass, electric bass and piano at the local jazz school. in the following years he played in every sort of jazz related groups, with a particular attention to latin music like flamenco, bossa nova and salsa. the following two years were in big part dedicated working with theatre companies, and exploring more experimental and contemporary forms of improvised music.
since 2004 his residence is zürich from where he performs as hardware/software liveact. a first ep “extrem strapazierfähig” followed by a remix of césar chamero and the track jack the lobster appear under the argentinean label miniatura records. other projects from andrés marcos are: clarabella olssen (un bon poissonnet, published in 2009 under stereo-type), and the collaboration with störgeräusche for production and liveacts.
