I liked the character from THE MATRIX flics. Even though I'm a guitarist I chose the name DjMorpheus cuz I use a lot of samples in my music nowadays. The intent is to merge Jazz, Funk, HipHop & Rock sounds in new ways.

Not right now but it's definitely in the works for for the future.

Right now we're in the midst of a musical revolution. I'm lovin it! The internet and mp3's have leveled the playin field somewhat for independent musicians as far as presenting your music to the world as well as selling your product.

Been there and done that. Have my own major label horror story to tell. I have no desire to be "famous" so I doubt that will ever happen. I just wanna make what I consider to be "good music". When I release my cd if 50 people buy it or 5,000 it's all good with me.

I play Ibanez guitars but looking forward to owning a Allan Holdsworth model from Carvin Guitars. For preamp I use a Zoom 707II and 505. For sequencing and sample manipulation I'm runnin Acid Pro 4 wit Sonic Foundry plug ins. For mastering I'm usin/learnin Ozone. I also use SoundForge 6 for editing.
