The Man
I play to remember the good times. I enjoy playing guitar and I don't claim to be anymore than I am. I play to honor my dad's memory and hope you enjoy it too.
Why this name?
I had a friend call me this many years ago and it just seemed like a fitting name.
Do you play live?
I use to play live at my highschool, college, and in small group parties, I loved it. I haven't had an opportunity in a while.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It is very exciting, I'm sure if you use it right you can really go far.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, if they asked.
Your influences?
My dad, Rick Nolan, really got me started. I love his music and I have a couple I wrote for him. I love Hank Williams, I learned to play his second to my dad's. Now I play many different artists, there are so many great ones out there.
Favorite spot?
I love being by lakes and mountains.
Equipment used:
I have a martin D35 with an amplifier built in.
