Hey, the name's Young Fresco or just Fresco. I've been producing my own beats for about 2 years, and I have been singing/rapping for about a year and a half. I was born in Orlando and raised in Pine Hills Florida. I produce a lot of different types of music but I mainly focus on Hip-Hop, RnB, and Pop. If you need a beat talk to me. Why this name?
Well, on other websites my music was described as "fresh" and me being part hispanic adopted the spanish word for fresh as my name. Thus the name Young Fresco.
Do you play live?
I've never performed live although I'd like to. I've only DJ'd for special occasions.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has changed the game tremendously. Today, artists can promote themselves to a broader audience easier than before the internet age. More people download mp3s instead of buying cds which makes taking advantage of the internet and it's potential a must.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I am currently unsigned, and I would love to one day sign a contract with a major label. I do not make my music just to get signed and make money. I make my music because it's what I have a passion for, but being able to do what I love as a profession would be great.

No history yet, but who says I won't make history one day.
Your influences?
GOD is my main influence. LIFE and it's EXPERIENCES are also my influences. I also have many influences who are music artists.
Favorite spot?
Both of my parents are from New York, and I love New York from the projects and beyond.
Equipment used:
I don't use anything too fancy. Just my mic, laptop, and keyboard.
