Why this name?
My relative Dante, gave this name saying, "when you rhyme, you brake things down like a preacher. Im going to start calling you JaythePriest".
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Yes, it gives artist a chance to promote them selves to a larger amount of people, that would take more time and money if done anyway else.

Your influences?
Right now, in Christian HipHop, i would have to say Lacrea, the young brotha got skills and there is hart felt truth in his rhymes. However, if i go back to my Genesis, when i was young, Rakim was a major influence. He made me say, thats what i want to do!
Favorite spot?
Seattle, is one of my favorite cities, because of more reasons then music.
