I'm guitarist/songwriter/singer in that order. I have been playing and writing stuff for about forty years.

I played in quite few bands but not in one now, just recording my stuff at home
Why this name?
It was given me by my band mates
Do you play live?
I still play with a few bands on sessions and jams.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's made it great for networking with other musos of all ages and styles
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
You're having a laugh aren't ya
Band History:
Got my first guitar at age 11, a blonde Hofner president which was nearly as big as me

I have played in quite few bands in England and on the continent, doing psychedelic country rock and power pop sort of stuff, always quite original.

Since I moved to the south of England I don't have so many contacts in the music scene, so I am recording my own stuff and putting it about.

I am going to record backing tracks and get a live set together so I can go out on my own, I would also like to play with bands if the chance comes up.

I am seriously into recording and producing music at home and I am trying to develop some ideas to help other local artists
Your influences?
The Beatles, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Small Faces, The Kinks, Peter Green, Clapton, Santana, Django Reinhardt, Grateful Dead, Ry Cooder, Little Feat, Elvis Costello, many more.....
Equipment used:
I have a few guitars, nothing special. I am recording with Reaper, a very flexible and professional digital audio sequencer
Anything else...?
Famous people and quotes:

Albert Einstein: If you can't explain it simply you don't understand it well enough

Mahatma Ghandi: Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony
