I use the image of an African slave as my logo because it represents who I am and what my ancestory has endured.

I produce instrumentals of many sorts from Hip Hop to Smooth Jazz so you never know what you might hear.

I have 11 years of experience and I have laid tracks for a number of artists in different genres.

Making great music is my passion and I hope you will enjoy the fruits of my labor by listening over and over. Peace & Blessings.
Why this name?
Wanting to incorporate Black History and my addiction to music, I thought Beatslave would be able to tie both aspects together while invoking a listeners interest in the image and it's meaning.
Do you play live?
No. Only produce tracks for artist. My tracks ARE MARKED with an audio watermark but will be removed if an artist would like to purchase or lease any instrumental.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Opens the door for many musicians who otherwise might not have been able to get their music heard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably.
Your influences?
Bony James, Kenny G, Richard Elliot, Common, Erykah Badu, Sade, LL Cool J, Timberland, Gnarls Barkley...
Favorite spot?
San Francisco!
Equipment used:
Roland Workstations, Heart and soul
Anything else...?
Peace and wisdom to those who seek it.
