Andrew "dj Xayro" Arnett is a native of Indiana. Kokomo has been his hometown and inspiration for his entire life. Every major life experience for him has occurred here, and you could call his music a lively, upbeat experience, uprooting from the seeds of an empty town.

In early 2004, he started out with the demo version of FL studio (using the XXL now) making simple music, however, it had a flare to it that just made you want to listen, even though he never had music lessons.

Fast forwarding to 2007, when his first major project started: A band named Pulchritudinous Equilibrius, which played one show near the end of 2007 in Kokomo at the Connection Youth Center. This project broke apart, and Brandyn Shanks (the project's guitarist) still lingers around to help out with songs occasionally, and to assist in further projects. Under pseudonym dj Xayro, released his single EP, "If Rap Can Be Famous, I Can Be Too."
Now the year is 2008, and, under the dj Xayro pseudonym, released his free solo album, "Emoticon!", which features outlandishly updated versions of songs from "If Rap Can Be Famous, I Can Be Too," and completely new songs. He is now starting work on his second album, which is called, "Memories of Tomorrow", under the pseudonym dj Xayro.
Why this name?
I honestly don't have a clue. I think I just thought of it one time.
Do you play live?
I played live under Pulchritudinous Equilibrius at a point. At a Church Youth Group. I enjoyed it.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Right now, I'm uploading songs for people around the world to listen to. If you ask me, this question is a little redundant.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes.
