I'm Papa Duce aka Poeticc and I am the founder of Southern Mic Killas and Southern Productions. Originally formed in 2004 I put my group together to start the first ever movement of white rappers in Florida. I started the first ever freestyle battles using techno dance music in Jacksonville along with ex members AC and Skitzo. As a young teen back in 2004 I started out taking my anger out in a more creative fashion to escape the negative lifestyle that I was living. Though at the time I started rapping I was tested by everyone that ever heard me rap. So I lashed out yet again and began gang banging and selling drugs again. Although the lifestyle was going back the same direction it had before I began my music career I ended up being worst than I was. Until 2007 I was in and out of fights, I was dope boy, I banged by day and slanged by night. When my son was born I tried again to leave my life style and ever since I haven't put down my mic. So hopefully my 180 with my life will pay off.
