Exclusive Rights information- Beats unless shown/told otherwise are only $50. With the deal artists recieve rights to unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You also have the full rights to record, mix the beat/song in any way, shape or form. The original seller may no longer lease or sell the beat except for prior leasing rights holders. The seller will not receive any form of royalties from the sale of records or downloads and the beat will no longer be downloadable.

Leasing Rights - You have permission to use my beats for demos, mixtapes, promotion, and performances but I still OWN them and I must be CREDITED. I have the right to resell them to whomever I want.
