Well, I'm essentially a one-man-band if that makes any sense. Most of the equipment I use to write my music is done through sequencers and notation software.
Do you play live?
Played at a concert back in April 2008 with a cellist, flautist and a clarinetist. It was nerve wracking but it was still a good time.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows people such as myself to be able to produce music and share it with anybody who's interested.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the opportunity comes, perhaps.
Band History:
I've been composing since about 2000. That's about it.
Your influences?
Some elements of film music is apparent, particularly if you're a fan of Hans Zimmer or John Williams. Some of it even sounds like video game music for those who are familiar with Nobuo Uematsu, Koichi Sugiyama or Yasunori Misuda.
Favorite spot?
Living in Hamilton for four years, the city really grows on you. I've made a lot of friends and strong connections there, and my time there as an undergraduate will never be forgotten.
Equipment used:
The software on my computer.
Anything else...?
I love sushi.
