Welcome to Valor Beats!
Thanks for visiting Valorbeats.com. I specialize in Hip Hop, R&B, and Pop instrumentals.
Leasing rights allow you to legally use the beat for one commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed via mixtape/album at your price for up to 2,000 copies.
Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must renew your current lease or purchase exclusive rights to legally continue with sales. You have full rights to record, alter, & mix the instrumental in any way, shape, or form (you may not resell the beat). In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand, and the beat is still yours to use.
You may still acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 2,000 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale. Upon purchasing leasing rights, 'Valorbeats' still own the beat(s) and are able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
'Valorbeats' will not receive any lease royalties from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller ("Produced by Valorbeats or Jarrett Anthony") on all commercial recordings.
Use of these instrumentals without proper rights is illegal & strongly prohibited.
Any offenders will be prosecuted & brought to conviction by the highest possible levels of authority.
DELIVERY:
Purchase Lease: You will receive an untagged 256kBps Mp3/WAV file via email within 24hours of your purchase.
Purchase Exclusive Rights Lease: You will receive an untagged 256kBps Mp3/WAV. Each track will be supplied in .WAV format and sent via .zip files. The .zip file will also contain a exclusive rights contract. The file will be delivered via email with 24 hours of payment receipt.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has opened a lot of doors for up and coming artist who otherwise did not have the resources to produce their music. The internet and home based studios allows each artist to showcase their sound...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Haven't thought about a record deal. I'm only interested in getting my music out there.
