SO, if you hear a beat you would like to buy, e-mail us at iqthemc@gmail.com and tell us which one you want. We will send you the beat in wav format and give you our paypal e-mail address. Once we recieve your payment, we will then send a contract granting you exclusive rights to the beat.

These are real hip-hop beats for real MC's. We don't offer leases, only exclusive rights for only $100 per beat. If you want to make it in the industry you need your own style that fits who you are as an MC. If you want a collection of random generic beats that 100 other artists have made songs out of, then you can find that all over soundclick. We will not put our beats up for free, and if you have one of our beats it means you paid $100 for it and are the only person who will ever rap to it.

DONT BE FOOLED! All these beatmakers on soundclick are offering leases even though it's impossible to lease a beat! How can you buy exclusive rights to a beat if the beat has already been leased to 50 other people who all have the right to use it? Doesn't sound very exclusive to me.
And if you lease a beat, then someone else buys exclusive rights to it, do you have to give up the beat and erase your recording?
