My first influence has to be my father who got me into it from birth,then i grew
up listening to Merle Haggard,George Jones,Ray Price,Buck Owens,Eddy Arnold,
Loretta lynn, and many more. As my guitar interest blossomed,i found like many others,that i wanted to sound like Albert Lee,Brent Mason,James Burton and then came Johnny Hiland and Brad Paisly.But,i cant,so i settled for sounding like ME (:

There is a well kept secret place of us southerns,it is called Myrtle Beach ,SC
most of us FLOCK there in the spring and summer.Thats as close to paradise as we get with out going to Hawaii (:

I use a Fender telecaster guitar equiped with Lindy Fralin Blues special pick ups.
I prefer a Fender or Peavy tube Amp.I use GHS Boomer 10.0 strings and
Monster cable (got to love those things)i use only Boss oedals.Compressor,Delay,chorus,Volume pedal,thats it.
