You are permitted to use the beat for unlimited projects and purposes, except reselling the beat by itself. You will become the sole owner of the beat. The instrumental will be listed as sold. Leasing Rights ($20) -
You can sell up to 2500 albums(Soundscan) and/or 2500 mixtapes. Once that amount is reached you must upgrade your rights. I still own the beat and can lease to whoever. Tags are removed. With a lease, you get 1 master Wav. file or one 450kBit hi-rate mp3 file.
Semi-Exclusive Rights ($50) -
Same agreement as leases except amount of album sales is increased to 5000 and Wav. files will be sent tracked out.
