Originated in 1999, The Shivtaz have been commanding mics with their stylistic flow. Karnaj, Kollasso, and Mike Batt-l pooled their creative talents to write, and produce the highly anticipated first album "Logical Warfare". Compiled of gritty street themes and hardcore battle rhymes, Logical Warfare is full of ALL ORIGINAL music. With the ability to "shift" and flip words to a variety of tempos, these emcees show their diversity and technique on songs like Breathe, Freebase and Perfect Timing. Logical Warfare was over a year in the making, meanwhile The Shivtaz performed at venues throughout Michigan and gained respect and street credibility. Hip hop heads stay tuned as Nusound Records is preparing to release The Shivtaz follow up EP "Green Hero" by fall 2004. A tribute to th etroops in Iraq.
