Hey I go by the name of Mistah Blinks! I'm a Producer/Rapper/Song Writer/Poet and I also do Photoshop editing and album covers. I also do free collabs. Right now I'm just trying to get my name out there

Why this name?

The name was given to me by some friends. Blinks is my last name. I used to be Mr. Blinks because I used to be such a nerd haha but then I got out of that and changed it to Mistah

Do you play live?

I do perform and actually need more shows

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

The Internet changes the music industry drastically, positively and also in a negative way. Like now you can learn so much about an artist and their music now off of the internet so you don't have to base it off that 1 single you hear from them all the time, but with all the downloading people's songs, who needs to buy their cds anymore?

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Of course if the money is right and so is the contract. Make sure you read the fine print too

Your influences?

I like to say I'm different, but I'm always being compared. For my beats I love to be up tempo, but I always have to go and make a slow jam here and there, or a "talk to em" beat. That's like very slowed down and calm where you just spit your verses about things going on, life. I'm not just Bay Area, I can go East, West, South & Midwest

Favorite spot?

Pittsburg, California, where I was born and raised
