I used to go by another name (I care not reveal at this time). During a jam session with my cousin when I was about 20, I knew I needed a new name. We brainstormed, and he looked at a picture of a rifle hanging over his bed made by Ruger. So for a while I was Ruger. A few years later I modified the name to Rugah.

Love to perform live. Have performed in Brooklyn, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Atlanta. I love the underground type setting. Had great reception to my performances at Morehouse College, Lizard Lounge, and Normanclature (now known as Whiskey Peach).

It has managed to capture a wider range of audience that would not even know of this had the internet not existed.
