Why this name?
In the past, we've had difficulty getting organized practice sessions together because of conflicting schedules caused by school work, our jobs and being f***ing lazy: hence, The Unorganized. We're going to come with something better, I promise. -Enver
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
People don't buy cds anymore because they can just download them and burn them on to a cd. Because of this, I think the music industry is deteriorating slowly. I believe in organizations like Keep Music Coming because they support the fact that artists and producers put countless hours into making a solid product, and that their hard work shouldn't be distributed to the world for free. On the other hand, some people download songs to sample a cd before they purchase it as a means of not wasting their money; and for young independant groups like us, the net is a great way to get people from all over the globe to listen to our music. On a completly different hand, record companies are losing thousands and thousands of dollars because of the internet. This is a big deal. Newly signed bands can't go out on tours and get publicity because there isn't enough money to do so anymore. All thanks to the internet. So yes, the internet does change the music industry... for the worst. - Enver
Band History:
Originally a 5-piece group put together to play a highschool talent show, The Unorganized blend a modern pop punk sound with catchy lyrics and a hard rock base.

In 2002, after relieving the group of their rhythm guitarist, The Unorganized began writing their own original material and playing a set of those songs and cover songs at local clubs.

After frequent absenses at scheduled practices (for unknown reasons), the group decided it was best to carry on with out their drummer, Jordan.

Today, the Unorganized is Adam Kitter, Enver Hampton, Sean Brandt and Bryan Reiber. The band's members have a variety of influences that have helped shape both the group's music and image. Influences such as Punk, Emo, Metal and Alternative Music. Songs like "There is a Girl" and "Used" dive into the experiences and emotions of being a highschool romantic, where "Not Right" shows a more aggressive approach to the same emotions and feelings.

Currently, the band is reformulating their sound and image. They'll be back on the scene hopefully within the next half year with better songs and a better name.
