CHAOS DAWN are a four piece band formed May 2008, Hailing from Blackburn, Northwest UK, they are no stranger's to the metal scene with members from bands "The Ambivalent Complex, Infernace and Killing Caesar".
Chaos Dawn are out to build a strong reputation for playing Heavy and Hard "Beer metal", no, we want to avoid being put into a genre, as most bands would do nowadays, we just want to rock like f***, play live music and get drunk in the process, who's with us ?

Why this name?
We was entering a new age with our music, myself (Ren) and Pete were always into much heavier music than our previous band, and Pete actually has the Chaos star as a tattoo, whilst sat in the pub, we was discussing our future as a band as our old vocalist from the Ambivalent Complex had now left, amongst this discussion, the words were uttered, "its the Dawning of a new era, followed by, aye, but its going to be chaotic, Chaos is Dawning!" and from there we shortened it and ran with it
Do you play live?
Yes, we attempt to play all over the UK, depending on petrol/van costs :)
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Totally, CD production is almost completely dead, and there's no waiting any more, your latest demo is up and out there 5 minutes after you have recorded it, theres no waiting or approving to be done
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course, we all gotta make our mistakes somehow!
