Why this name?
Well not to say that I partake...but there is some pun intended with "Joints" being referenced as a "hot instrumental"! Also, you will find that my musical style is unique, with a signature sound that stands out on its own, kind of like my AKA given to me at a young age by my family, Jing.
Do you play live?
Just came off a second Asian X Games Tour in Shanghai, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, it was off the chains. Visit the Darkson Tribe facebook page for info and video footage!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Listeners can get music so much faster these days, I think it ultimately hurts the industry record sales, but it's great for independent artists like myself!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hell yeah!

Equipment used:
Triton is my main piece of choice...with such a wide array of instruments and FX, and some sampling here and there as well, what more could you need? To track VOX or beats I use Cubase SX

Oh yeah, I have a bit of a shoe addiction. I have a room dedicated to shoes, all fresh, clean, and exclusive. 50 pics wasn't nearly enough, so I decided to keep you up to date with my top 25, along with pics of the studio.
