I started my own studio with a Yamaha CS-5 which was a monophonic piece of electronic genius and i got the buzz to add more. Along came a drum machine, the TR-808 !. Then the Roland SH-101 and a Yamaha DX-7. Things were getting bettter, but more equipment kept appearing after mindless shopping expeditions ( Korg Wavestation, Roland Jupiter 8, Atari 520 ST effects modules and a zillion wires and extension leads ). My studio ( more of a den really ! ) was getting a bit full to say the least. I then got a PC and Cubase ( things started to take a turn for the better ! ). I loved my synths so very much but something had to give .... SPACE !. Cubase and the Wavestation were my favourite pieces of kit being used with the Tascam 244 so they stayed and the rest went into the loft.

Many things have changed over the last few years .... including my equipment list.

I am now using FL8 with quite a selection of VSTi's and effects. My only keyboard is the M-Audio Pro Keys 88. I master pretty much everything on my Sennheiser HD-650's.

I love all kinds of music ... I listen and take ideas for sounds and sequences from anything ... a bird singing to industrial machinery banging and clattering ( anything that gives me a desire to make music is good in my humble opinion )

To make a track that I am happy with can take over 200 hours of listening and working, sequencing, programming etc.

I hope you like the end results.

Best wishes to you all for now and the future.
