Lem'sGuitar is a solid 3piece band that wants to play music in its simplest form
with Justin Magalzo on drums, Paul Basco on Bass and Lemuel David on Vocals and guitar with an overdrive effect only, no more no less
Lem's music was inspired by different musical genre like Blues , acid jazz , funky , progressive rock , glam rock , disco and rock . Lem¡¯s Guitar was formed in 2001 playing for charity and church events the band was formerly called DIFF¡¯RENT LIVES. The founder of the group, Lemuel, decided to change the group¡¯s name when the band¡¯s former drummer quit in January of 2007.Thus, the name "LEM¡¯SGUITAR" was formed
it¡¯s our desire to make a difference and hopefully bring hope to people through our music.
We¡¯ll be playing Alternative Pop Rock and Blues music to reach out and spread the love of the ALMIGHTY to every soul...

Why this name?
Lemuel : " Well before the bands name was " Different Lives" , I think i had 3drummers back then .And when my 3rd drummer quitted I said to myself "that's it am going to change the bands name " , When I was in Sydney my cousins use to call me lemsguitar because that's my email add , So the time when i was thinking of a new name for the band one of my officemate called me " yo! lemsguitar kamusta?" and I'am like boom! what the hell am going to name the band to myself since everyone quits the band all the time specially the drummers, so even if everyone leaves the band it's still on my name,then maybe I can go solo worst come to worst hahaha!! So their you go " Lem'sGuitar"!
Do you play live?
Yeah we play Live of course . . . We usually play at this bar called OneLuvReggae Bar ,Sucat Rd. Near South Luzon Expressway Tollgate. And yeah we like it because we like reggae music too plus we're friends with the Bar owner . . .Special moments?? Hmm well every gig is special and different! but i like it when we're really into it and sweating! haha!

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
wHO DOESN'T?? OF COURSE . . .BUT WE'RE HAPPY AS WE ARE NOW . . .ACTUALLY it would be good if we will have a BIG FANBASE and we don't have a record contract pa din, i kinda like the feeling of you know we're still frontact pa din sa mga big names sa music industry, parang we want to be a rising star forever hehe wierd! exciting kasi yung feeling eh pag ganun
Band History:
Lemuel : well i'am the founder of this band and before i was kinda experimenting, Before the band became a 5piece band and we had a frontman you know a vocalist hehe,But we started as 3piece band pa din and then after that nawala yung male vocalist and then i tried bringing in 2female vocalist and i was the guy vocalist hehe damn! parang showband so we were 6piece haha! to cut the long story short it didn't work pa din . And before talaga we were a Christian band as in all of our songs should be all about God and all our gigs is for christian events only no bar gigs.And then when my 3rd drummer quited 2007 January I decided to go out to the real world and of course get new drummers like i had 2drummers before my drummer now, Drummer man! they have issues. Am good with my drummer now hehe. . .So yeah 2007 was when Lem'sGuitar started gigging on Bars around the metro, the band is not a christian band anymore though we don't mind if we will be labeled like that and it's still our goal to bring hope to people through our music.

You Know Guys , as an artist i believe this is what we can contribute to the environment and to the people of the Philippines and around the Globe, an that is good encouraging positive music . . .Now a days everything is terrible and people our dying emotionally, spititually , physically and what we all need is something greater than this and that is Jesus Christ our God and Saviour, Trust me we all need God no matter what you say . . . And that is what Lem'sGuitar is all about!
