The city (Die Stadt in German) is our space of living and coexisting. It’s a living environment, changing, impressive in its biggest and, at the same time, amazing in its smallest. The city gives us the daily sounds and images that are the basis of Die Stadt projects.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
We’d like to reach the wider audience as possible, so we take advantage of new tecnologies. Music distribution is no longer the sole right of multinational companies. Using the Internet our projects are not limited to our geographical area, but can be known all over the world. It can be very gratifying and, at the same time, awesome, to think that someone in Germany, Norway, the United States, or wherever, is enjoying Die Stadt.
