Why this name?
In honor of the ancient tradition of Pope selection, we began throwing names into a box. When a puff of white smoke rose from the box, we would know that the name thrown in was divinely selected.

...We just didn't find out until later that Jenn had thrown a lit match in with her folded piece of paper. The fire was, thankfully, pretty easy to put out.
Do you play live?
We are based out of the northern Virginia area, and are making no plans to change that any time soon.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It grants the opportunity for wider listening base for smaller bands as well as increasing availability of the music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course. But we aren't holding our breath on that one.
Band History:
Tim and Trey had played together some eight years ago, in a band that was a first collaboration for both of them. When that band split up, they went their seperate ways. However, fate would bring them together as bandmates again.

Trey and Steven have been playing together through several bands for the past five years. When a position for a bassist opened up, they called up Tim and he has been with them since.

Later, the band found themselves in need of a drummer, and Steven suggested someone that he had met at work. That conversation between Steven and Mike, for those interested, went something like this:

Steven: So, Mike. Know any good drummers?
Mike: Yeah. Me.

Not knowing what to expect, he came out for a jam session. Wowed by the rhythms that Mike laid down, the decision was unanimous. They had a new drummer. They then performed for three years, using different names.

When, for creative reasons, the vocalist left, the band searched for six months for someone to take his place. That's when Jennifer entered the picture, completing the five-person team once more.
Equipment used:
Jennifer - Shure Access Mics, JBL Pro P.A., Carvin Amp.

Trey - PRS 24-fret Artist Series, Fender/Marshall amplifiers, Boss GT-3, Dunlop picks, Gauge 11 D'Addario Strings.

Steven - Ibanez and Fender guitars, Peavey/Marshall amplifiers, Digitech RP-12.

Mike - Drums.

Tim - Bass.
