I've been in music for about 15 years now. I wrote my first song on a dare from my cousin that I couldn't write a good rap and the rest was history. I got approached by MCA Records a few years back, but I turned it down. I love doing music because, to me, it's another form of experssion.... not much, different from poetry.
Why this name?
Um, lets see.... its my name.
Do you play live?
I haven't played live in a minute. Right now I just do it for the love.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Man, the internet gives people like me an opportunity to express and be seen and heard without all the b.s. red tape of having to be signed (which is extremely hard and somewhat overrated).
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Maybe... but I'm not 20's so I don't know if there's a market for someone like me... who knows. But at this point, its all love anyway. I'm not even trying to pursue a contract anyway.
