Crucial Ent. has been around the underground scene of Chattanooga,TN about five years. It was started by K.O. Da Great who has been in music for 7 yrs and BoiBoi for 5 years, who decided to entertain their selves, while traping all day. "We started in a car, we was renting cars for swags. We had a laptop and a computer mic. All of our friends thought we were pretty good so we took it a step futher." Over the next few years we began to grow with our popularity around Chattanoogas, underground scene. We have been putting in alot of work. We do our own recording, mixing, and mastering. We deserve the respect we have gained. BoiBoi is now work with a local indie label by the name of Down South Affiliated(DSA) on a few projects. We are about to open the door for Crucial Ent. alot more.
Why this name?
We picked the name because, everything we do is CRUCIAL. From our songs to the beats, from the streets to the ladies.
Do you play live?
We have done a few performances. One of the good performances we gave was, at a strip club "Babes". We performed our single "Swag".
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the internet helps because, you have a chance be heard by millions, at no cost. So your not limited to just your city.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, all we are looking for is a distribution/promotion deal or some sort. We can do alot of the stuff ourselves.
Your influences?
We are influenced by alot of the good music, the steets, ladies, our families most importantly
