I make these by myself at home playing into a microphone through my practice amp. Editing using Audacity and formatting with Cdex. All free programs, I'm such a cheapskate. Recording is not my strength, I find it uncomfortable, I would love people to listen to the sounds and give me feedback as I want to construct a live act either by myself or with my other bands based solely on improvisation, or SUPER improvisation as I call it.
Why this name?
The number 6 is at the end of all my internet usernames, I chose the name 6th as this is my internet music.
Do you play live?
I've played a few times for different events but I still have not perfected my desired technique. I would love to play somewhere in the CBD of Sydney.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Any sort of information such as recorded music is now available to everyone, like water. The only way anyone can make money from music is to make transitory music such as through live performances. My idea for super improvisation will also rage against current music's rock solid, crisp, rehearsed and repetitive qualities.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
