I suppose it really started last year when I was on the beach with the sun shining and the sound of the sea. I had been thinking about starting up a band for a while. I had been in a previous band called The Oracle, but it didn't go very far. So there I was, on the beach and I had been thinking hard all day of different names, and I think it was because of the sun I chose the name DAEDUS, because it sounds like day and dusk combined minus the "k" =P but I thought it sounded cool aswell as different from all the other bands =) which is what I hope to be =).

I haven't had any live gigs as of yet as I have been working, but I have done live performances in the past using Korgs and Rolands, I even did a strings part for a Pink Floyd tribute band, which just happened to be played on the local radio =).

Since the internet has become available to the world, it has launched thousands of non signed bands to be huge (for instance The Arctic Monkeys). It is probably the best way of getting your music heard to pretty much anyone, as everybody knows just how tough it is these days to make it into the music industry!

Yes, I definately would consider it =) but at the moment I am too cooped up with work! When the right time comes, I will sign up =).
