Hello, it's Dannick also known as Vixthefox! This is where I put my music I compose/improvise. I'm in another band known as DKF, but we haven't recorded anything yet. So for the moment, this is all just by me.
Why this name?
This name was chosen when I played around with letters and ended up mixing Diesel and Trick. Then I changed it and ended up with Delzeriko which sounds like "Del ser rico" in spanish but it's pronounced Del-zer-ik-oh NOT Del-zer-eek-o
Do you play live?
I haven't played live but I will soon...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think that the music industry has evolved a lot since the internet. Now that it's faster and easier to get fame without paying for those expensive publishers.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Can't be too sure as I have a really low budget.
Band History:
Started way back when I was 9, I learned the basics of music in the 4th Grade orchestra, at that time I just played violin and then continued until the age of 13, by that time my family and I had to move to Mexico for economy reasons. After a great struggle to get back on our feet, I got a guitar and an amplifier, I learned to play it by myself learning songs from the Vines and a few classical songs. Afterwards, I decided to compose on my own, and show to others by the name of Delzeriko after recording my first song Daydream. Then I began to create more so I created an account here to show them all to you.
Your influences?
Basically, classical music, The Vines, Steve Vai, and other musicians that I hear. Also indie music, yay!
And Ms. Maclin, my orchestra teacher from the 4th grade to the 8th grade, the one who inspired me to the beauty of the art of music.
