Why this name?
Well I was locked up in the Booneville Correctional Center, and I happen to get real cool with this dude, which is now my homey, Phness, and we both was on this rap and whole music deal. So we decided to get serious about it, and we came up with Gangsta Platoon, and that came about because we keep our music all the way real! From the way we do our beats, to the lyrics on the pad, to the way we record. and still keep it gangsta at the same time.

No, not yet. I plan on it soon though.

It does a little bit, I guess more people can hear your music.
