Actually, this is NOT a band (I mean I'm just the only composer and the computer is my assistant). Nothing much to introduce, since I am not really setting up a band...but I can say that I compose midis (minus one music) purely for fun.
Why this name?
I wanted to name myself "AngelX" but it's already taken, so I used "BlackAngelX" instead, since I like the colour Black. (As with effect since 2009) I'm personally using the pen-name of "AngelX (Turquoise)".
Do you play live?
Nope, I don't play live. (It's quite ridiculous for a composer to not know how to play her songs, though)
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Globalisation: People can get access to music easily, and artistes can showcase their work to the world easily without the trouble to go through paperwork and sending demos to companies.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Even if I want, I doubt that the company would want to sign with me, because I could only provide them with the scores and they will have to fork out money to search for bands to play the songs.
Band History:
I started composing in early 2007. I tried writing lyrics but those failed really badly.
Your influences?
I must confess that I watch far too many anime (Japanese cartoons) and musicals.
Favorite spot?
Singapore.
Equipment used:
My computer and my electronic keyboard (separated from computer).
Anything else...?
This is, by the way, just a little platform that I have came across and I decide to give it a try to see who will be my audience for my music. Please do not expect too much from a fifteen-year-old (as of 2007) girl who does not have any musical background at all!
