Why this name?
It's a play off of my last name or something like that.
Do you play live?
No, but I'd like to. I think I could bring something to that. The way I make beats lends itself to the live format. If I was out live I can play the beat to the crowd and change it based on that... I know it would be dope!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's just different now. Now people have to be all over the place and create a loyal fan base. Before you just dropped an album and people went out and bought it. Now people can steal it and duplicate it leaving you out of the mix totally.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the deal was right I'd do it but indie is working for me right now.
Band History:
I make beats and I spent a lot of time learning how to manipulate sounds.
Your influences?
I am influenced by life. A lot of my inspiration comes from every day experiences. It could be the song playing at the supermarket who knows... I listen to a lot of records. I drive my wife crazy with some of the stuff.
Favorite spot?
that's hard. I try to have fun wherever I go. But I think Vegas cause there is always something going on there.
