The MTC Project was started by Russ Tidwell in 2008 as a way to channel his creative energies into something useful. Working from the basement of his Greeley, Colorado home, the first phase of the Project is simply writing and recording songs, and making them easily available.

The goal of the Project is to help Russ get in the habit of creating music on a regular basis (instead of once every year or so), and hopefully improving his life, the lives of those around him, and the lives of those who listen to his music, at least in a small way.
