This is 2-FACE "The Original" part of the Verbal Warning Click (VWC). We have an Indie label Verbal Warning Entertainment. We comin up so look out for us soon. I have beats for sale right now, LEASE AND EXCLUSIVE. If you want a hook with it it will be a little extra. For those who want full songs send me a message and we can take it from there.
Why this name?
They call me 2-FACE not cause I'm 2 faced, but because of my birth mark. Mostly half the left side of my face is red. As I was growin up everybody used to call me 2 Face from Batman. After I started rappin I just stuck with the name. Before I even thought about doin music one dude i went to school wit told me that would be a good name if I was a rapper.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet is easy promotions. Especially if you know how to use it to your advantage. People all over the world can hear your music, and you can hear other music. The more variety you have in your ears the more versatile one becomes.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hell naw. Unless they did some kind of deal with me like 50 cent got. I want to come up on my own. Do like Master P build my own label from ground up. That is how the majors had to do, I'm pretty sure once upon a time. Even if I have to do like Luda and sell 50,000 out the trunk. Have to do what it takes. I believe in myself.
Your influences?
I watched the DVD from the last UGK album and that just made me want to push harder to do my own thang. Scarface, Jay- Z, Nas, Mos Def, Eightball & MJG, NWA, Snoop Dogg, Outkast, Z- Ro, Beanie Segal, Cassiddy and its more, but can't call them all. It really drive me to see all these new people make it that I feel don't have much talent and still make it. I don't hate though, it is motivation.
Favorite spot?
I may have not been around to enough places to really say fa sho, but Atlanta is the place for me.
Equipment used:
Fruity Loops and Ableton Live.
