Why this name?
In the Bible it says that the word of God is as a two-edged sword (that's the steel part) and Christ died for our sins, paying with his blood which is crimson (obviously the crimson piece) You put the to ideas together and you have the idea of a sword partially covered in blood which then makes the blade a crimson steel
Do you play live?
Not yet. We need to get a drummer. We were asked to play at a festival with a step in drummer but the whole band was gonna be outta state when the festival was going to happen
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It totally changes it but I think for the better. There are many bands on here that are good but how would they ever get their name out if it wasn't for the internet.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Not right now. We need to get a drummer and a good singer before we even think about signing.
Band History:
The band has been going for about 7 months now and we are constantly writing. Our lead guitarist writes alot of the weird stuff that everybody likes because nobody can copy his style and I'm in the process of expanding my style. We hope to grow in populartiy and possibly one day get a recording label.
Your influences?
Creed, Linkin Park, Lifehouse, Nickelback, etc.
