SoundClick artist: Intelligent Life

We are "Intelligent Life". We are two emcees that have united purely for the love and creation of hip-hop music. "Talksick" is the foundation of the group with his brain-tingling word play, metaphorical use and teacher tactics that will have emcees taking notes for days. "Pyrate Soul"[formerly Se7nth Syn] brings a little more spit-fire and emotion felt lyrics to the scene. Combined, we make beats and write rhymes to bring back what has been raped so many times - Hip Hop.

Why this name?

Intelligent life just explains the way we spit and the concepts we choose. Using the minds and thoughts that God blessed ud with to speak the realest and truest feelings.

Do you play live?

Se7n has performed live a few times with another group known as "ILLSYMPH", but Intelligent Life has yet to drop a show.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It helps spread the word and unite all thru others thoughts, which are at times, the same as theirs.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

It all depends, right now, its all for the fun of it

Band History:

Eric aka "Talksick" and Sivasa aka "Pyrate Soul", met in High school. [Sivasa]rocked a talent show with another Eric aka "E-One", but didn't connect with "Talksick" until the summer of 2000. Formerly known as "SYN LANGUAGE", "Intelligent Life" has been rocking the mic with heart-felt lyrics laced with metaphoric and simile wordplay. Hip-Hop IS NOT Dead, just going in a different direction. Intelligent Life is heading in the same direction as the forefathers of Rap.
