1.How much do you charge for beats?

Prices vary. Licensing starts at 50 and exclusive rights start at 500. I also do album packages.

2. What are the differences between Exclusive Rights and Leasing (Licensing) Rights?

Exclusive Rights: with Exclusive rights you’ll be able to use the beat for any and all
profitable commercial purposes. The only rights I (ExsAgent) will reserve are the ones saying that I made the beat, so my company name will go in the credits as the producer of the beat. Package deals are available for exclusive rights but only on certain beats. Contact me for further details on the package deals.

Leasing Rights: With leasing rights you can use the beat for non profitable use (Ex. websites, label demos, background music, shows, etc). I also own these beats 100% and can license them to more than one person. If you are on a lower budget then your best bet is to go with leasing rights; the price is much lower than exclusive rights.

3. Can I let other people use the beats that I License?

No, you cannot. The only way that you can do that is if you have your own artist as a featured artist on the track. You cannot set up a way for artists to use your studio and pay you to record over beats that you licensed for you or your artists. Any violation of these terms will result in an immediate void of your license.

Custom beats are made from scratch and are made exactly to your standards. All you do is give me in detail exactly what you are looking for and I
will work from there. You will receive the sample of the beat by AIM, email or U.S. Mail. Once you receive a sample you tell me if you like it or if you need any changes made. Email or call me for prices. You also get Exclusive Rights with the purchase. I also do Album packages so contact me for pricing on that service if interested!

PAYMENT METHODS:

PayPal: If you are a registered member with PayPal, you can simply send a payment request to Datrealboiy3k@yahoo.com. This is the fastest and easiest method.

Money Order: You can purchase a money order at banks, local stores with a Western Union inside, or at post offices.

Western Union: You can send a same day money wire through a local Western Union location.

Personal/Business Checks: Allow 3-5 days for checks to clear before your package is sent off. ***PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL YOUR CHECK HAS CLEARED!***
