-------Non-Exclusive License Agreement between De Gheatza (SELLER) and the person or party(BUYER) that has purchased a license for a certain instrumental (PRODUCT).--------


By buying a license and downloading the PRODUCT the BUYER agrees to the following terms:

1. The BUYER shall have worldwide, non-exclusive right to duplicate, broadcast, sell, and perform publicly the PRODUCT as long as it is combined with other audio and/or video (with lyrics, in a music video, or as a soundtrack to a video).

2. The BUYER agrees to pay the SELLER the one time purchasing fee.

3. The BUYER must give credit to the SELLER on all projects where the PRODUCT is used

4. In all projects in which any credits are given the BUYER shall give credit
in substantially one of the following formats:

5. The BUYER doesn't have the right to transfer the license of the PRODUCT to another person or party and/or re-sell the PRODUCT to another person or party. The SELLER alone has the right to sell or transfer the right to sell the PRODUCT.

6. This license is granted to the BUYER until the PRODUCT is sold by SELLER under EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT

7. The BUYER is responsible for clearing of any sample found in the PRODUCT

By buying a license and downloading the PRODUCT the BUYER agrees to the following terms:

1. By purchasing with this option it grants the BUYER unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. BUYER has full rights to record, alter, and mix the instrumental in any way or form.

2. In all projects in which the PRODUCT is used, the BUYER shall give credit
in one of the following formats:

"Produced by The D.G.P. - dgpbeats.com"

"De Gheatza Productions - dgpbeats.com"


3. This agreement also entitles the BUYER to use the PRODUCT for any and all commercial purpose, and composition. The SELLER can no longer sell or lease the PRODUCT. The BUYER alone can resell and/or transfer the license of the PRODUCT.

4. The BUYER is granted the Exclusive right to use the PRODUCT for length of his life and/or length of existance as a company, and after.

5. If the BUYER achieves commercial sells of the PRODUCT combined with other audio and/or video, the BUYER must negotiate a royalty contract with the SELLER

6.SELLER and BUYER agree and acknowledge that this agreement may not cover every situation and circumstance that may arise in the future concerning the PRODUCT. In such event, the SELLER and the BUYER agree to discuss and negotiate any such situation or circumstance in good faith, in order to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.

7. SELLER agrees to pay a fee for PRODUCT purchased

8. The BUYER is responsible for clearing any sample found in the product
