The Band is J.D. and O.L. a rap duo, that has been trying to get sign for years. And we feel like now is the time that we should be known we should be notice. Everybody needs to give J.D. and O.L. a chance and see what we about.
Why this name?
We chose the name J.D. and O.L. because we been called that name for years by family, and friends. So this is a very important part to us. I do know there Jurmaine Dupri and he calls him self J.D. for short. But I just kind of started to here that. I've been called J.D. since I can remember.
Do you play live?
Only me, J.D. , has played one time and it went ok. We both just need to get use to being on that stage, cuz the stage and studio are two different places. If you mess up in the studio u can fix up but if u f*** up on stage it's different. But besides that one time on stage I rapped infront friends and sh*** plenty of times.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it has changed the industry alot in sells but I think the internet has helped underground people out alot. Because u can have somebody from China listen to your music, that is something that has never happened before. But at the same time u got millions of other people doing the same thing.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes I would, I would read the contract over but if it looks good i sign a contract in a heartbeat.

(BIO): J.D. & O.L. (who are brothers) were both born in Illnois, but lived most of there life in Memphis,TN.
