Why this name?
My name is 7on (Simon). So I called my meditative project “7on's Rastgarden”.
Do you play live?
I do like playing live a lot with my other band. But with this project it is different, the music of '7on's Rastgarden' stays more mystical when it's not played live. That's essential for me.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
For both musicians and listeners the internet is good. The only problem is to sit here for so long - with a mouse in your hand! ;-(
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If I'd get a good one, of course! In this case I could spend more time with my guitar! ;-)
Band History:
In 2004 a working-mate wanted to have some calm songs for a film. Because of the good resonance I decided to compose a few songs more and to make a CD...
