So Much Pain

Equipment used:
Pen and paper ;)
Anything else...?
Pancakes ala Nan :
1-1/2 cups flour
3-1/2 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1-1/4 cups milk
1 egg, beaten first
3 tbspns. melted butter
Mix dry ingredients first, add the milk, egg, and butter ... to not over mix!
Other ingredients to add can be vanilla (1 tspn.) chocolate chips, any amount, c'mon now, it's chocolate!!! Apples, nuts, well, anything you'd like to put in ... it's up to you ;)
Pour into a hot pan with a small amount of oil, when they start to bubble on top, flip ... then it's only a few seconds more till they are done!
Enjoy with syrup of any flavor, jams, or just butter ... again your choice :)
