You Show Me...
Not so much a band as a chick who likes to rock. I'm a part-time musician, meaning I'm NOT trying to get famous or even make a living off of music. I just like to play and sing.
Why this name?
Ummm, it's my name.
Do you play live?
Not recently, but I'm sure if the opportunity comes and I have material prepared, I would.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It opens a new market, if handled correctly.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I don't know if I ever would, just because my family comes first.
Your influences?
All kinds of rock (classic, hair metal, metal metal, etc.), some folk, blues, pop, even hip hop. I take influences from all over and make something cool with it.
Favorite spot?
Winston-Salem, North Carolina. That's home for me.
Equipment used:
My cheap acoustic that somehow ended up being pretty good. Soon to be adding a custom Les Paul to the arsenal.
