Why this name?
Warlord Records is our label name. The label name was chosen because I (Leroy Haze) felt that is what you need to be in this industry to get anywhere. Our band's name is Iron Fist. We chose the name because we wanted it to reflect our first and true love, the Martial Arts.
Do you play live?
Yes we play live. Where? Any where that will have us. We're not the pickey type.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows local bands to be heard globally.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the terms were right.
Band History:
Iron Fist consists of 2 rappers and 1 main hype man. Leroy Haze and Saiko Montis (brothers) form the lyrical aspect and Big Budha gets the crowd hyped.
Your influences?
Everybody has a shitload of favorites. There are too many to list. Here are a few. First off everyone here is over 21 years old so we all love Tupac and Biggie, that's a given. Also everyone here loves ICP, Twiztid, and Tech N9ne. Leroy: Cypress Hill, House of Pain. Montis: Method Man, Redman, Pink Floyd.
