Fluxing Dystopias
The Local Group. This is a project I've been wanting to do for a few years, this project is free from genres - the music is still melodic and guitar based with a focus on expansion into other areas.
I'm not committing to any specific genre with this.

Why this name?
I settled on The Local Group name because of my interest in the universe, our place in it and the direction of emerging independent artists.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has opened up the collective creativity of the common person. There's a huge amount of talent in the world. Nice to be able to see and hear those talented people and get to interact with them.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
On terms that make sense. It's no longer a sellers market.
