BURN UNIT INC MINISTRIES/ BUI Records, Inc.

Burn Unit Inc is a ministry based out of Chicago, IL. The rap group consists of three members. Although all the members do not actually reside in the city of Chicago, it is the home base of the ministry and their primary focus. Burn Unit Inc is not just a rap group, the founders are also proprietors in other various ministries.

Alex “excalibar” Anderson II is the founder and president of First Fruit Productions, which is a musical production company for established and aspiring Christian artist. Born in Bronx, New York, Mr. Anderson is married with children and currently lives in Chicago. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, he hopes to become one of the top production companies in the industry. His guiding scripture comes from Genesis 6:8 “Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord”. He is a member of Garment of Praise World Outreach Ministries.

Larry A. Cochran “Skollar Rock”, is the founder of True Foundation Association, which is an outreach, stemming from Emmanuel Christian Center. He also has his own Consulting Company and up and coming gospel artist Management Company called Angle Point Music. Larry was born in Chicago and is a veteran of the United States Navy. He is also an ordained minister, and is also married to the pastor’s daughter. Being in the ministry, he stays focused by remembering his great commission found in Mark 16:15 “Go ye therefore into all the world and preach the gospel”.


MISSION STATEMENT
To rescue, aid, and abed refugees and minister the gospel of peace to all. To represent Christ within the hip-hop culture. To bring Christian hip-hop to a higher level of professionalism, by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
