Biography
Singer /Songwriter Analena has emerged as one of the artists for a new generation. The Puerto Rican born singer has begun to pave her way into the musical world with her special blend of Pop, R&B, and Latin grooves. While singing on many of the topics young women experience today, she never looses a step while expressing her songs in English and Spanish with the same soul and emotion, showing true diversity.

Raised in the sunshine state of Florida, Analena grew up listening to all genres of music from hip-hop, salsa, rock to blues. Having influences like Minnie Riperton, Mariah Carey and India have also helped to blend a musical palette of Latin, pop and r&b. Moving to New York on her own at age eighteen, Analena sought to pursue her career as a singer and songwriter. Though knowing it was not going to be easy, this independent, street- smart young women worked diligently to survive the streets of New York. While in New York Analena worked with different producers never finding the right one to collaborate with. Finally Analena got together with a young producer out of the Dallas/Fort Worth area seeking to develop a hot latin sound. They soon began work on a hot new project under SouLatin Productions, where her songwriting and ideas where given forefront. Analena relocated to Texas in order to begin writing and recording for this project which they plan to release to the world wide web, as well as various industry insiders.

As each day passes, Analena continues to work non-stop writing and soon to be performing the songs she hopes finds their way into peoples hearts of all ages.

"All I want to do is sing for the world, share my love of music and give thanks to god in advance for the opportunity to do so”. Analena says when asked what she wants out of life. I think we will see and hear Analena get that opportunity very soon.

With various influences at her disposal, Analena works hard to create a musical pallete of all kinds of songs, ranging from Dianne Warren to Mariah Carey, to Carol King.
