Mr. Sess is a philadelphia based dancehall artist. His sound is a hypnotic blend of hip-hop, r&b and dancehall creating an exciting feeling reproduced by few of today's artist in his same genre. His endless range is displayed in song's such as the hi energy single "The Chirp song" or the touching easy rock feel of "Pain".

Why this name?
" while i was in a studeo here in philly, a friend of mine made an observation of me and dub me Sess. it just stuck from that moment on. a female artist i worked with added on the Mr.....and Mr. Sess was born."
Do you play live?
I play live where ever the mic open's to me. i've proformed at mostly every underground spot in philly, gone or still in existance. i like a live show 'cause i get to see the real reaction to the music i create. i love when i do a show somewhere where they've never heard of me and don't know me. that's the best crowd to have.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The net stop's the big bizz lable's from watering down the most emportant part of entertainment....music. now, all the artist, good or bad as they maybe, have an equal shot at being heard by the world instead of a company tell us who is and will listen.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Under the right circumstance's, yes. but nothing very binding or long term. i'ld really rather sell music and stay at home. no tour's...or at least very little tour's.
Band History:
"you wanna know what I've done?? gogle me.
